Foreign troupes to participate in Tehran theater festival for disabled

TEHRAN -- Six countries will be competing at the 4th edition of the Iranian international theater festival for the disabled which will be running from August 2 to 6.
Troupes from Uganda, Armenia, Britain, Poland, India and Iraq will be taking part in the gala.
The Bahman Cultural Center, as well as Honar and Mehrab halls are among the locations hosting the event.
Ambassador of Slovakia to display paintings in Tehran gallery
TEHRAN -- Ambassador of Slovakia in Iran Anton Hajduk will be displaying a selection of his paintings at Tehran’s Shirin Gallery beginning on June 25.
Works by the ambassador along with paintings by two Iranian artists Shahpari Behzadi and Puneh Jafarinejad will go on show in the group exhibit.
Ambassador Hajduk has been seriously following paintings over the past few years.
The exhibit will run until June 30 at the gallery located at No. 145 North Salimi St., off Andarzgu Blvd. in the Farmanieh neighborhood.
